Strategy with soul.

Elle Mills spent years inside the rooms where culture gets decided — leading HR strategy, advising executives, and watching talented people either rise into who they were meant to be, or quietly settle for less than that. She founded MLYE because she believes those two outcomes shouldn't be left to chance.
With a Master's in Human Resource Management and an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential, Elle brings a rare combination to her work: the operational rigor of someone who has built and led HR functions at scale, and the relational depth of someone who genuinely cares about the person across the table — not just their title. Her clients often describe the same thing in different words: with Elle, the strategy gets sharper and the person gets clearer, at the same time.
"Growth should never be a lonely climb."
Today, Elle works with individual leaders, corporate teams, and mission-driven organizations through coaching, facilitation, speaking, and culture advisory — all built around the E.L.E.V.A.T.E.™ framework she developed from two decades of practice. Whatever the room, the work is the same: helping people and organizations stop moving, and start rising.
